At JR Innovative Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital services and software products, we follow these refund terms:
Custom Projects: Once a project is approved and delivered, refunds are not applicable. Partial refunds may be considered before delivery, based on work completed.
Pre-designed Templates/Tools: Refunds will be issued only if the tool is proven faulty or not as described, and a request is submitted within 5 days of purchase.
No refunds for downloaded Excel files or digital templates once accessed.

2. Support Policy
Free basic support is available via email or WhatsApp for 7 days after delivery.
Paid support or extended maintenance packages are available for ongoing needs.
We do not support unauthorized modifications to our software/tools.
3. Delivery Policy
Digital services and tools are delivered via email or cloud link within 3–5 business days, depending on the service.
Custom projects may take longer and are discussed in the project timeline.
Physical delivery is not offered, as all services are digital.
4. Privacy Policy
All client data, including business records, contact details, and project files, are kept confidential.
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
Payment and communication details are encrypted and secure.
5. Modification & Upgrade Policy
Minor updates (bug fixes or small changes) are free for up to 7 days after delivery.
Major modifications or feature requests may require additional charges, which will be quoted in advance.
